"Transaction Amount" refers to the amount paid by the User in connection with a Transaction. "User/Users" refers to any person availing the products and/or services offered on the Platform. "Website" refers to www.yellowsolar.in or its mobile application.

MERCHANT'S RIGHTS We may collect, store, and share the information you provide to deliver the products and/or services availed by you on our Platform and to contact you regarding the same.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for completing Transactions. This includes personal details such as name, email address, phone number, delivery address, age, gender, and accurate payment information.

PROHIBITED ACTIONS You may not use the Platform for any unauthorized or prohibited purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data from the Platform without our written permission.

  • Engage in unauthorized use, including collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited communication.

  • Circumvent security features of the Platform.

  • Engage in deceptive activities to obtain sensitive information.

  • Misuse support services or submit false reports.

  • Use automated systems like bots or scripts.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the Platform's functionality.

  • Avoid posting reviews if affiliated with competitors.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be confidential, conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final. Parties may seek injunctive relief from Bengaluru courts as needed.

DISCLAIMER By initiating a Transaction, you enter into a binding contract to purchase products/services and agree to pay the listed price using legal and authorized payment methods. We are not liable for unauthorized use of Payment Instruments or for losses due to declined authorizations, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activities.
